I am intrigued by your message that there are many Peter Dickman's in your tree. I am looking for information and maybe you can help. My g g grandfather was Peter Dickman (not sure on the spelling) born April 8, 1811 somewhere in Prussia?? He had a first wife named Susanna and any record of her and their children is lost along with any information on his parents etc. Peter later in life married my g g grandmother Eva Heinrichs and had several children. He died in 1872 and Eva remarried a Jacob Heinrichs to bring the young Dickman children to Amercia in 1874. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
