My dad was raised by Lou-Lou DIEHL, his Great Grandmother, on Eiseman St. in Marrero, Louisiana. She was married several times, don't know all of husbands surnames. Don't know what her maiden name was, just know that she had 2 daughters named DIEHL. One daughter wasa Irene, the other was Rita. Don't know her parents names, or where they came from originally. Does anybody have any ideas of the Nationality of this surname????? Thanks for any information you can provide......
