I am trying to find information on a Rev. Thomas Diggs born in Mathews Co., VA 1818 possibly in the Garden Creek Area. He may be the son of a John Diggs (1776-1836) who may have been the son of William Diggs/Degge (1740-1810) and his wife Joyce. Rev. Thomas Diggs had a son, Thomas C. Diggs born 6 Oct 1862 in Dinwiddie Co., VA and he had a son Robert C. born 1904 in Richmond, VA.
