Seeking information on William Dighton & Clara Simmons m. 4 Jun 1860 in Friendship, Maine.
William Dighton b. Abt 1836 Friendship, Knox Co. Me (have also seen Bremen, Me.) d. 1874.
Clara Simmons b. 1845 Waldoboro, dau. of Levi & Mary Simmons. Their son Theodore W. Dighton b. 3 Mar 1876 Friendship, Knox Co., Me d. 8 May 1936 Boothbay Hbr., Me.
In the 1880 census of St. George, living in the family of Leonard Thompson, is Clara Dighton, widow, age 34, and Theodore Dighton Age 8.
Any information you can provide on either of these families would be greatly appreciated!
