As I have it: George Mitchell (1751-1839) m Anah Dill (1753-1842) and had daughters Mary Ann (1794-1833) and Anah (1790-1877).

Anah Mitchell m William Neves (1789-1844).

Mary (Polly) Ann m William M. Dill (1794-1860) and had a son Alsey Albert (1824-Civil War). He married second Caroline Johnson (1795-1880) and had a son Stephen R. (1836-Civil War).

1850 census: Greenville Co, SC, p 352 (69): Anah Nevis 60, Alsy A Dill 23, Elias Dill 23, Mary Dill 21, Harriett Bramblett 12, A Springfield 28, William 2. It appears that the children went to live with their aunt Anah Mitchell Neves after the death of their mother.

1860 census: Gowensville, Greenville Co, SC, p 400: W M Dill 65 SC, Caroline 65 SC, S R (m) 23 SC.
