I am trying to discover how William Edward Dill, married to "Bertie" Snellings, died in 1905, for he left 4 children as orphans, one being my husband's grandmother Maud Dill. The family story is that he died during a bank robbery, either as one of the robbers or one of the lawmen. The descendents are very curious to know which! All we know is that he is buried in Elmore City cemetery, Garvin County, Oklahoma. Thanks for any enlightenment on his death.
