I am also Adolphus and Emily's G.G. Granddaughter. My great grandad was Robert E. Lee Dillahunty (son of "Doll" and Emily) who died in Arkoma, Oklahoma, in 1962. He married Sally Haley. Together they had three children: Grantly, Buford, and Clemmie Dillahunty Carter (my grandmother). Clemmie died in Arkoma, Oklahoma, in 1982. I heard stories that either Emily or one of her parents was full-blooded Cherokee, but I haven't been very successful at finding additional information on her. Any help?
