I should have mentioned that Hattier Dimick Spicer remarried and when she passed away was hattie Willey (I always heard it pronounced with a long I, though) and her husband was Noice. I have discovered some letters from Hattie and a number of Christmas cards to her. And I have correspondence from Grace. There is also a family member who remains in my memory as Cora Alice, but the last name is not clear - could have been either Dimick or Spicer, but I never heard it mentioned.

I would love to know if you have more information on the orphanage as well as an "adopted" sister to Grace and Georgia named Lillian (eventually Lillian Seaton), whose history is not clear. Lillina was in close ocntact with all and lived in Rochester, NY but died in Colorado because she went to a nursing home.
