Jonh Dingley came to America in the mid 1630's from England. Two of his daughters( Hannah and Sarah) are ancestors of mine. I find there is much confusion as to what Sarahs last name really is and who their parents are. I find sources that show Sarah Chilling(s)worth as the wife of John but others state that this cannot be so because Sarah Chilling(s)worth married Thomas Sprague. Is it possible there are 2 Sarah Chilling(s)worth's? Or was Sarah not a Chilling(s)worth? Even more remotely possible was Sarah a widow of a Chilling(s)worth?
Most sources show Johns father as Francis Dingley does anyone have any firm or concrete proof of this? If you can answer any of these questions please email me. thanks
