Hello all -
Trying to reach back across the pond to test my grandmother's long held claim that we had royalty somewhere in the line. Might be a stretch, seeing as how the name Keers is supposed to come from the locksmith trade...
Anyway, the good stuff:
In my family history collection I have a death notices the following individuals:
Hannah DINSDALE, 1841-1888.
Dorothy Jane (Dinsdale) RILEY abt Apr 1867 - 11 Feb 1890.
She appears to be a daughter of Hannah and Thomas.
Aged 22 yrs 10 months
Spouse of Thomas Riley is listed on the death notice as well.
Elizabeth Ann DINSDALE (1870-1950) was my paternal gt-grandmother, Married Edward KEERS and immigrated to the US (Indiana) in 1900.
Hoping to get these documents scanned to share along with photos eventually.
