Just curious to find out if you have any infomation on earlier Dobbs, like 1850s. I havae a Nathan and Frances Dobbs from the Gwlinnett Co. census 1850. Then, they tie to the Yancey family: Alfred and Elizabeth. Fidillo Hunter Dobbs b. March 3, 1823 in Casey Co, Ky. Died in Nebraska. Have many born in NC, some in TN.
