The choctaw county dodd family was in johnston co. NC in 1815 and the father was william dodd and son was jonathan dodd and his son was ashley haywood dodd. The only dodd women we know about was a wife, loucendia dodd, a child caroline e. dodd and wives of the sons: lucy caves rabon dodd , and sarah caves dodd. William had sons, george, johnathan and benjamin and another I have forgotten just now. I do not know their wives. hope it helps some?
