Surnames: Dodsworth Holderness
Hi. My great-grandfather Thomas was one of the children of William and Maria who came to Canada in 1847 from England, which would make him your GGGrandfather's brother. I can trace records to Pocklington, Yorkshire. I note that Fangfoss is hear Harthill, Wilton Beacon, near Pocklington, Yorkshire, but have no idea why anyone know that the family is from there in particular.
