Tommy Doebler and Tammy Rachau, both of Lock Haven, are happy to announce their engagement.
Tommy is the son of Tom and Sharon Dobler of Rote.
Tammy is the daughter of Shirley Rachau of Lock Haven and the late James Edward Rachau.
Tammy graduated from Lock Haven High School in 1993 and attended Yale University. She works as a quality improvement specialist for Atlantis Health Plan in New York.
Tommy graduated from Lock Haven High School in 1987 and is employed at West Pharmaceuticals in Jersey Shore.
The couple is planning a June 2010 wedding.
