She married Willard Amasa Kidd.

Lucille's father was John Doebler, who married Cora May Justin. That's all the information I have. Do you think the lines connect?

Michelle Weis. In response to your message re: gggrandfather George W. Doebler, I ahve nothing on his spouse or their descendants. I can give you his ancestry back through Benjamin Franklin Doebler (b. 1832); John Henry Doebler (b. 1809); Henry Anthony Doebler (b. 1785); John Nicholas Doebler (b. bet. 1750-1760-Germany). I can fill in their families and other lines. My wife is descended from John Henry Doebler and his second son Anthony Wayne Doebler who was a brother to Benjamin Franklin Doebler and Uncle to George W. Doebler. Contact me at: hbelflower@aol.com for more info. Harry B.

I looked through all my Doeblers and the only Maria that I can find was born Sep 3, 1785, probably Lebanon, PA. She is not your Maria. I suspect that your Maria was probbaly born in Holland or New Holland, PA and not the country Holland. You might try looking in PA for her ancestors as that is where almost all American Doeblers originated and they from the German immigrant. Good luck, Harry

Hello,
I am trying to help a friend doing research on the Kanese name. I saw your Granmother's maiden name Theresa Kanese and felt it was strange that I have on the list of my friends relatives a Theresa Poppe who's mother was Catherine Kanese Poppe. I believe she was from Germany or Austria. Catherine was born in 1840 and died in Illinois in 1916. I would appreciate any history of the Kanese name to pass onto my friend even if there is no connection, as the name seems to be quite rare. Thank you.

Susan Keller

I finally read your message...I don't recognize the name Richard Doebler. My grandfather, Alexander Doebler, was married to Ella Kasube. I don't know for sure, but I suspect they were both born in the United States. They had three children: my mother, Lorraine Doebler (Kalosh) , an uncle, Alexander Jr who married but never had children, and another uncle, Robert, who died as a child. My great grandfather may have been Herman Doebler who was married to Minnie Dietrich. Do any of these names ring a bell?

My wife's name is Rosa Paskvan. She was born in Peru in 1973. Her father, Jorge Paskvan is also peruvian born in 1950. His dad, Jose Paskvan was born in Peru, but his father was born in Yugoslavia. There may be some relationship here as I have noticed that the Paskvan Family come from Yugoslavia. I have been able to learn in the 3 hours on the net that the most oldest relative is Ana Paskvan from Yugoslavia born in the 1700s.
