Frederick Doescher emigrated from Germany and initially settled in New York where he married Grace Jewell in approx 1905.

They had a daughter Gladys Katherine Doescher b1905 m1925 Ernest Eli Shaver in Bisbee,AZ. Gladys died in 2009 aged 104 - there is an online obituary.
