Did anyone ever reply to your message, about a reunion? I understand that Gregory in Belgium is the best authority on the Doggrell family. He has traced the family back to Robert, born 1500 in Gillingham.

There are two families of Doggrell or Daggrell in Brooklyn, New York in 1880. Are you aware of these two familes? One is Headed by William Doggrell born 1845 and a wife named Annie (Hall? or Ellen?) and the other living in the next house is headed by George Doggrell and Kate Luisa (Reeves?). Do you fit in with these folks?

Seeking information about Hebert W. Doggrell born in Brooklyn New York December 1874 son of William Doggrell and Annie (last name possibly Hall or Ellen). He married Amelia Albertus and they had at least 2 children of which one is Herbert born November 9, 1905 in Brooklyn.

I'm a Doggrell and I don't believe I have a known relation to anyone who has posted.
I'm in Alabama now, but my family history goes back to Canada with my parents and back to England with... I think it's my great great grandparents. I believe my brother has traced the lineage back to the Isle of Wight, but I'm not sure. He was tracing several lines I think.

I know its a long time since you posted your email but is your James Doggrell the one who was born on 20th of June 1902 and whose parents were James and Louisa Annie nee Chipping? If so, Louisa was my Great Great Aunt? If your James Doggrell is the same one, does that make us cousins about 10 times removed??? I would love to know what happened to them all.

Hello Ted,
Not sure if you know but a Edna Doggrell married a Phillip Pitman on the 28 March 1853 at Motcombe, Dorset and had 12 children, so I am not sure if you are connected
