My grandfather, Donald Bruce Doig, was born on Staten Island on July 27, 1926. He was adopted by a Doig couple (Earl and Gladys). He always thought his birth-mom was a "lady of the night" was how he put it. I'm interested in figuring out if there is any way to find out more about her. I don't know her name or age or anything, other than the place of his birth.

Any ideas?
