Hello, In reply to your Doing message, I am sorry that I have no information that would help you at this point. I have just recently found the father of my "Francis Doing" in Crawford County, Pa. His name is John Doing and he is buried in a tiny cemetery (deserted) in Crossingville, Pa. The 1850 Census confirms this family. Good luck with your search.
