Classification: Query
Surnames: Dombrowski, Stojanowski, Korvin Milewski-Mirski, Sobolewska, Koslova
Born Poland around 1879. Emmigrated to Chicago married a Dombrowski. 3 or 4 children including 2 daughters, Wanda and Nelly would have been born in the 1890's. Lost touch when her sister, my great great grandmother Lucja/Lucena/Lucy died in 1947. Eugenia's other siblings were Maria Sobolewska of Warsaw (no contact after uprising of 1939), Jan Wladislav Stojanaowski (a society painter, lost in the 1939 Warsaw uprising), Lola/Leonia Koslova, died 1934, married to a Columbia U pianist, and Bronya/Bonislawa, twin sister to Lucja/Lucena/Lucy. Lucja/Lucena/Lucy married Jerzy Korvin Milewski-Mirski and had 3 children, Julien/Jerry, Eugenia/Jane and Sophia/Zonia Helena. The two daughters were actresses. The son was an engineer. On some side there was an uncle from Odessa.
We figure that there have to be Dombrowski relatives somewhere. We have a little family history for you if you are out there.
