I'm a Dona, although I haven't really searched the family or anything. My family is from southern Illinois. My grandparents were William and Regina Dona (both deceased he was born in 1901 she in 1902). I think my great grandfather name was August Dona. I was always told that our family came from norther Italy near the Austrian border.
