my grand father was Ivan Edward Donley some called him Jim His mother was Jessie Griffith Doughman Donley Cretors his father was Everette Donley after his father was killed Jessie had to put the kids in an orphanage till she got on her feet. the kids wee put in foster homes. as she was able she got them out. before she was able to get them out a fire destroyed the orphanage with the records of where they were placed. they were never seen again. if this sounds familiar let me know please
