Warren E. Doolittle
1920-2002
Warren E. "Lefty" Doolittle, 81, of Cheyenne died on April 18 in Cheyenne.
He was born on July 28, 1920, in North Platte, Neb.
Mr. Doolittle was a plumber for P.S. Cook Co., and retired in 1988.
He married Betty Manning on Dec. 2, 1948, in Yuma, Ariz.
He was a member of Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 192 since May 12, 1943.
Mr. Doolittle is survived by his wife, Betty Doolittle of Cheyenne; a son, Pat "Doc" Doolittle of Cheyenne; a brother, Thomas Doolittle of Puerto Rico; and a sister, Betty Rotert of Sutherland, Neb.
Memorial services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Schrader Chapel with the Rev. J.D. Megason officiating.
Cremation Schrader's Sunset Park Cemetery. Internment at Lakeview Cemetery.
Friends may contribute to First Congregational Church or United Medical Center Hospice.
