I am looking for any information on the Doré's of South Louisiana. I believe GASTON DORE was born in Delcambre, LA 25 July 1902. His parents are reported to be Pierre DORE (born 12 March 1877, Louisiana) and Regina Boudreaux. Pierre's parents were possibly Jule(s) DORE (born abt 1842) and Eugenie Desormeaux. If this is the correct line, then I think Jule(s) father was Balthazar DORE (Senior). Does anyone have any information that I can use to verify this? Any books I can use to verify information in South Louisiana? Any help would be appreciated.
