Mary Dorsey was born about 1822 in "Ireland." She married James Donley in 1845 in County Mayo, possibly close to County Galway. I see a name similar to Donley in Griffin's but all the Dorsey names are in Galway. I've been told that people of one county seldom if ever had anything to do with those of another county. I'm wondering about the mere possibility of her being listed as a daughter of someone in Galway. I paid for a search of County Mayo--they found something on the Donley's but nothing on Dorsey. I wonder if a second study from Galway would be 95 Euro of "sorry, we don't know." I have nothing else on her except her first and last name.
