I´m from Rijeka. My gr.father is from Lukovo. You can find me on Facebook/profile TAJANA DOSEN ORLOVAC.

Maybe yor mother know about place name KRIZAC? Sorry for my writing but I don´t learn in scool engl. Sad but true...in time when i go to scool we was in socialisam, and learn all but not what we need.:))))))

How is the research going. Have you been able to find anything yet on your Dosen's?

I found this may be of interest
Dane Dosen born 6/12/1923 in Rudopolje living in Banat, Bela Crkva parents Ilija and Ana. (Dont know if Ilija could be Ivan?)

The name Jelic can be found also in a village called Cenac.

Looking for any Dosen's who migrated from Croatia and settled in Montana. Especially if the names Marija and Pavle (Paul) and son Mate are in your family line. We may be related. I find your posting interesting as I have a Dosen name in my Pavelic line. Ika Dosen married Stjepan Pavelic 1919. Ika was born 1898 in the village of Bruvno. They had 4 children; Manda, Ivan, Mile and Kata. Kata married Stjepan Klepic. they had 3 children Marko, Anton and Ivan. Ivan married a woman named Lidija in 1988. Are any of these familiar to you? I don't have the parents of Ika.

I'm tracking my grandmother's family .Her name is Maria born:
1930-33 Rudo Polye,Lika.Her father Josip /Josep Dosen born1901, married Maria Jelic,born 1914.
Josep parents were: Ivan Dosen and Anica Racic,they had 5 children Josep,Maria,Dane,Micheal,Ika.
Maria Jelic mothers name Anica Simeun.
I was told some of the family migrated to USA & Canada.
Ant help would be great.

Looking for information on Mile Dosen born 1867 in Lukovo Sugarje, Croatia married to Ika Pavicic. His father was Vicko Dosen mother unknown.
