A friend of mine has turned in her application to the DAR for membership. Her application was rejected due to insufficient information between generations.

James Doss, Sr.(1725-1796)
James Doss, Jr. (1743-1815)
William Doss (1785-abt 1815) - grandson of James, Sr. son of James Doss, Jr.

Information is not sufficient to prove that William was the son of James Doss, Jr.

I'm still working on this to get her application accepted. Will post more if I can get the proof needed and application accepted.
