From what I know, the only Dossey having children in KY by 1807 was Jeremiah himself. The 1820 census has him with three daughters, two of which are documented daughters by his second wife Elizabeth McDowell. The third was age 10-16 in the 1820 Census. And, of course, Jeremiah's son Kinchen married a Charter as well.
