I am trying to jump the pond for an ancestor, Patrick DOUD, born 17 March 1828 in County Galway, Ireland. He immigrted to the US through Philadelphia before 1856, and married Bridget Noon(e), from County Roscommon, in Cincinnati in 1956. Can anyone help me get back to Ireland? I cannot find his ship record.
