My husband's great-grandfather was Roger Doud, born in Ireland in 1811 and and died in 1886 and is buried in Searsboro with wife, Rebecca. I believe that Mary Doud is probably a daughter of Roger and Rebecca. Also, you may check on Mamie Doud Eisenhower genealogy as I am sure that all of us are linked to this Grinnell, Searsboro family. However, Mary Doud could be a sister to Katherine Doud, who is a daughter of Roger also. There was a Margaret Doud who never married and lived and died in Grinnell who is also a daughter of Roger.
