Esther E. (Douglas) Douds, 93, formerly of Verona, died Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2011. She was the beloved wife of the late Howard Calvin Douds; loving mother of Robert (Karen) Douds, of Plum, and Gail (Rick) Headley, of Castle Rock, Colo.; wonderful grandmother of Lori, Ryan, Joshua, Heather and Keith; and dear great-grandmother of Zachary, Benjamin, Samuel, Nicholas, Donovan and Sienna. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Holiday Park United Methodist Church. Private interment will be held at Greene County Memorial Park in Waynesburg.
