Frank J. "Whitey" Dougan, 89, born and raised in Verona, died Thursday, July 14, 2011. He was the beloved brother of Catherine "Catie" Durick. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Zora (Dellach) Dougan; and brothers, Tony and Rudy Hodnick; and niece, Barbara Ann Durick. The funeral service and interment will be private.
