Looking for name of father of George W. Dove, born 1809, Rockingham, VA, died 1863 in Monticello, IL. Married Zephora Runion (Runyon)1832, in Brock's Gap. Moved to Clark Co, OH shortly after. Son Emanuel Hunt Dove. Should be one of Henry Dove's sons, but no children by this name listed under any of them. He's listed in the Lewis Yankey Dove Family book, but with the dob 1812. Listed, I believe, under James Dove, but no evidence he's the father and dates don't make sense. Just got back from research trip to Rockingham, but no luck at the historical Society. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
