My family name is Dover and the the John Edward Dover refered to is in my family tree.

John Edward Dover b. 10th June 1874 USA. d. 4th October 1944 USA. he married Margaret Josephine Elliker b. 1874 USA. d. 1960 USA. (They had 12 children)

John Edward Dover had a brother:
Charles Thomas Dover b. 12th Feb 1865 UK. d. 22 May 1933 USA. he married Sarah Jane Sando Elliker b. 4th March 1869 USA. d. 5th Sept 1941 USA. (They had 4 children)

Margaret Josephine Elliker and Sarah Jane Sando Elliker were sisters.

Their parents were:
Heinrich Elliker b. 23rd Sept 1828 Zurick, Switzerland and d. 26th March 1914 Cedar City, Utah. USA.
Mary Louise Sando b. 24th July 1840 Paris, Seine, France d. 26 Feb 1915 Cedar City, Utah. USA.

Some years ago I had contact with a member of the Elliker family in Canada he was a well known book writer.
