Cecil Wayne Dowlen, 52, Springfield, died Sunday, Jan. 28, 2007, at his residence.
The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. today at Seventh-day Adventist Church, with the Rev. Alonzo Sheppard officiating.
Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Garden, Cedar Hill.
Parham Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
