Trying to find William Downes in a 1880 census. This is what I know about William: Born 1 Feb 1852 in Florence Oneida New York. Died 4 Dec 1900 in Connecticut. I have not found his burial place. I did find William in the 1900 census in Connecticut but can not find him in New York or Connecticut in the 1880. I also know he married Amelia Roberts and had a son John Ralph. Amelia died 12 March 1880. William remarried Minnie Chase in 1886 or 1887, they had a son 2 Dec 1887.
Any help would be appreciated.
