James Downs married in Leesburg in 1801

Hi - Thanks for your response. My James was married in Leesburg in 1801. I have been unable to connect him to anyone. In a census a son stated that his father was born in PA. I have really laid it aside for right now. Maybe when I pick it up in a few weeks something will surface. I get discourage when I run into a brick wall.
