"DOWSETT, MARK (Age 34)
Of Winchester, VA, on Wednesday, October 12, 2005 in Winchester, VA. He was born on November 16, 1975 in Ottawa, Canada, the son of Hugh Dowsett of Vienna, VA and Marion Jennifer Moore of Hilton Head Island, SC. Mr. Dowsett was employed by Quest Diagnostics in Chantilly, VA as a lab technician. He was a graduate of Radford University with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Art.
Mr. Dowsett married the former Malinda Ann Young in Leesburg, VA on October 17,1999. In addition to his wife, and his mother and father, he is survived by his stepmother, Maria Dowsett of Vienna, VA and two children, Troy Leslie Dowsett and Hailey Raven Dowsett of the home; three brothers, Peter Dowsett of Cheverly, MD, Ian Dowsett and Alexander Dowsett, both of Vienna, VA.
A funeral service will be conducted at 3 p.m. on Sunday at OMPS FUNERAL HOME - Amherst Chapel, with Rev. Douglas McCaleb, officiating. Burial will be private. The familiy will receive friends at Omps Funeral Home - Amherst Chapel on Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m."
