I'm from the Doyles/Dwyers of Bungendore NSW and Wicklow Ireland. My Grandfather was Peter Celestine Dwyer Doyle 1903-1972. My Great Grandfather was Ralph Regan Doyle 1874-1919.

The family story is that we're related to Michael "The Wicklow Chief" Dwyer and I am trying to confirm the connection.

I am looking for relatives but also information regarding my irish heritage late 1700 to mid 1850's.

I have been able to trace back family to:
- Patrick Doyle 1840 (wicklow) - 1896 (bungendore) (Ellen Butler)
- I believe his father was Michael Doyle 1800 (wicklow) - 1882 (bungendore) who might have been married to a Dwyer?

I am trying to trace the relationship of Patrick Doyle back to Mary (Doyle) "Herione of New Ross" Dwyer 1775 (wicklow) -1860 (Sydney) the wife of Michael "The Wicklow Chief" Dwyer. Her son Peter Dwyer relocated to Australia roughly 1840ish and resided in Bungendore along with my relatives.

Does anyone know of Mary Doyle 1775(wicklow)-1860 siblings or parents (father John?) in Wicklow?

Does anyone know BDMs of a Michael Doyle born 1800(wicklow) or his son Patrick Doyle born 1840(wicklow)?
