Francis Doyle and Mary Croskery - help needed

Classification: Query
Surnames: Doyle, Croskery
Francis Doyle was a Methodist, born in Ireland in about 1824 - migrated to Canada, and married sometime before 1849. They lived in Grey, Ontario and had several children, including Elizabeth, Margaret, Agnes, James and Isaac. My problem is I can't find any info about their parents or precisely where they came from or when they died. I'm not even sure about Mary's name. She's listed as Mary Doyle on several censuses, and her maiden name is given as Croskery on her son's death certificate (but her first name isn't given). I can't find any record of her maiden name anywhere else. I haven't found a birth record for any Mary Croskery, Coskery, Croskey at around the right time (1824-1827). I did find an Agnes Croskery baptized in 1827, and I'm wondering if this is her. Maybe she was Agnes Mary, but known as Mary.
Does anyone have any info that might help me find the origins of Francis and/or Mary?
