While at the library copying obits for someone, I managed to get a copy of the following obit.
I am in no way related to this person, but wanted to post the obit in case it is helpful to someone else.

Mrs. Mary O'Neil
Mrs. Mary (Drain) O'Neil, a well known resident of this city, died unexpectedly yesterday at her home, 4 Gallagher square. She was born in Lowell, the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth (Connors) Drain. She is survived by her husband, John J. O'Neil; three sons, John P. o'Neil of Oregon, James W. O'neil of Lowell and Charles M. O'Neil, U. S. Coast Guard; four daughters, Mrs. Mary E. Plante, Mrs. Vera Wolfgang, Mrs. Margaret Roberts and Miss Catherine O'Neil, all of Lowell; a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth McFadgen of this city; 23 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was an attendant of St. Peter's church for the past 35 years and was a member of the Blessed Virgin sodality.
