Miss Mary M. Dresbach died Wednesday afternoon in St. Mary's hospital from the injuries received in a street car accident in Columbus, O. about ten weeks ago. She was about 80 years old. She was visiting a niece at Columbus when the accident happened. Her hip was broken and it was felt from the first that she could not live. She sent for David Patterson who is an old time friend to bring her back to Decatur and she was brought here a week or two ago. The funeral was held at 2:30 Thursday afternoon from the residence of David Patterson, 926 North Church street. The services were conducted by Rev. S. H. Bowyer, pastor of the First Baptist church. The pallbearers were John McAllister, R.A. Wilson, A. L. Gideon, I.F. Pharo, George Elliott and James Delaney. The interment was in Greenwood.
