I am trying to find information on Stewart William Drever who was born on 23rd February 1906 at Shore Street, Kirkwall, Orkney and was the son of Margaret Drever of Papa Westray. The birth certificate says illegitimate and there is no father's name. He is not a relative but I believe my great grandmother Catherine Berston looked after him (possibly from birth). On the 1911 census he is shown as living with her and her family, still in Shore Street and I have a photograph of her with a young boy who I believe is Stewart.

Although I found his birth record on Scotland's People I could not find any record of his death which would suggest that he left Scotland. I did come across a record for a Stewart William Driver with the same date of birth who died in London in the early 1870s and wonder if this could be him.

If anyone has any info I would be most grateful please.
