I also am a descendant of these Drewys. My great grandmother was Nancy Helen Drewry, daughter of Edwin & Eliza Jones (Williams) Drewry. They came to Spalding/Pike Cty Georgia from Drewryville Va after Rev. war. Nancy Helen Drewry married William H Carpenter of Elbert Cty Ga. Helen Drewry Carpenter died Jan 21, 1928 and is buried at Concord church, Elbert Cty, Georgia.You may find useful information on the Drewrys at the following web site:
