Hans and Chatarina (Catharina) had three sons, Frederick, Hans Jr and Adolph.

Frederick is the man who adopted my grandfather (through marriage to my great grandmother). Frederick's first wife was Elizabeth (don't know maiden name). After her death he married my great grandmother Mary Christina (Boetger) Reed who had two children from her previous marriage.

Hans Jr's wife was Lizzie (no maiden name) born about 1860 and they had five children: Gustaf, John, Katie, Helen and Anna.

Adolph was married to Dorothea C Schwarfen, they had a daughter named Gratia.

As I continue to research I will keep you in mind and keep in touch.
