I have run across some inconsistencies in my research and would appreciate some assistance if anyone can help. I have a Capt. ELisha Driggs, b. 30 april, 1780 in Franklinton, Schoharie Co., NY For his father, I have listed Elisha Driggs b 1 feb, 1760 in MIddletown, CT. Recently found records showing my Capt. Driggs (all info correct, including spouse) with father listed as Daniel Dow Driggs. Can anyone help me clear this up?
