If you use a translator program, be careful. Concerning the third act, the word procureur will be translated to prosecutor : which is wrong. A better understanding would be :
procurator : one that manages another's affairs : AGENT
procuration : the act of appointing another as one's agent or attorney b : the authority vested in one so appointed
