Hi, My grandmother was a Droll. Her name is was Margaret Droll and her family was from Germany. All I know is she had brothers and sisters and one brother was John. They lived in Baltimore Md. I have come across your family name a few times and wonder also if we are some how related. My grandmother told us that her father or grandfather was a Burgermeister in Germany, I guess in early 1800's. Good luck.
