Thanks for the reply concerning my search for the parents of
NELSON DROUILLARD, b. abt 1817 in Monroe County Michigan.

Looking at my copy of the book:
"Genealogy of the DROUILLARD FAMILIES OF ST. CLAIR CO.,MICH" Compiled by Elizabeth L. (Warner) DROULARD, pub. 1979, Algonac, Michigan.
Pages 51-52 your gg-grandfather and his children:
..........#21. NELSON ROBERT DROULARD,
..........born 28 Feb 1858 China Twp, St. Clair County, MI
Children listed include:
..........vi. Earl Nelson, b. 11 Sep 1895

So these birth dates of 1858 and 1895 are quite
later relatives of the NELSON DROUILLARD I'm looking for.
However, it's certainly great to have more researchers thinking about early DROUILLARD/DROULARD settlers in Monroe County and St. Clair County Michigan.
