I have a family tree done by an uncle(now in his 90's) that shows us descended from Leonard Drowne through his son, Solomon. I tried to trace it backwards: Leonard(b.1646) m. Eliz Abbot, Solomon(b.1679/80 NH) m. Esther Bosworth, Benjamin(b.1717 Bristol, RI), m. unknown, John(b.abt 1769 d.1815 Marietta, OH). I couldn't find any info on from this line showing that Benjamin had a son named David. My John Drown was married and divorced from Nancy Duvall in Washington Co, OH. I'm confused. There is a big age gap between Benjamin and John. Am I missing a Drowne inbetween???? Any info, pro or con, on this data would be greatly appreciated.
